BOUND TO PLEASE

ELIGIBILITY

​

The Vestal Public Library offers a free monthly book delivery service to Vestal Central School District residents who cannot physically visit the library. The service is available to patrons on a temporary or permanent basis.

​

Examples of eligible individuals include, but are not limited to:

  • individuals without personal transportation

  • individuals with limited mobility due to injury or disability

  • Seniors

  • new moms / moms with infants

PROCEDURE

 

REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Once your application is received, a VPL staff member will register you for a library card if you do not already have one. 

 

VPL Staff will select items for you based on your answers in the registration form. You may also request specific titles by contacting the VPL reference desk.

VPL will confirm a delivery date with you once a month.

 

RESTRICTIONS

 

  • Due to BOUND TO PLEASE: HOMEBOUND BOOKS extended loan periods, materials received by the library in the last six months are not eligible for check out.

  • Only on hand materials are available for check out
